He specialises in orchestrating technology-driven business transformations across various industries, with a
strong focus on financial services. His fervour for digital transformation within the financial services realm is
evident through his track record, which includes driving business growth through customer acquisition and
engagement, innovating business models, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimising operational
efficiency.

Adebayo holds a postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Management & Organisational Change
from Lancaster University, England. His academic foundation includes an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an esteemed member of the Project Management Institute.
