Adeboye Martins

Adeboye Martins is a certified coach with a background in behavioural psychology methodologies, who helps develop effective leaders in business and the public sector. He and has worked as a certified coach since 2004, with clients in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, USA and the UK. Adeboye draws on several years of experience in general management in the food and beverages sector, and experiences as an entrepreneur in the Nigerian oil industry services sector, to help his clients achieve growth and positive outcomes.

His approach focuses on applying the art and science of behavioural change to help people deliberately and effectively develop their leadership potential in the demanding arena of business. He also specialises in supporting high potential leaders in their candidacy for C-suite positions. As an entrepreneur himself, he is especially passionate about helping other entrepreneurs navigate economic uncertainty, which he believes can be seen as an opportunity – and even a resource – for his clients. He is a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF), a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), an accredited Individual Team Coach with EMCC Global, a member of the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), an Accelerated Coaching Excellence (ACE) certified Coach, an Agile Coach and a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean (an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School).
