Adeolu has held significant positions as the 1st Company Secretary at MTN Nigeria, overseeing corporate governance matters and statutory compliance with unwavering dedication to the highest standards. She was the top legal management executive at Schlumberger Nigeria and later was head of compliance for Schlumberger in Europe, Africa, and the Caspian. She subsequently served as the Director, Legal Services at Etisalat Nigeria, playing a key role in shaping the organisation's legal framework in post start-up phase.
