Bimpe Olufemi is a distinguished senior executive and board director with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning Financial Services, Insurance, Consulting, Oil & Gas, and EdTech across Africa, Europe, and Asia. A strategic thinker at the intersection of technology and business, Bimpe has led large-scale digital transformation programmes, driven operational excellence, and advised boards on navigating the complexities of an increasingly AI-powered world.
Currently serving as Digital Strategy Director at Junior Achievement Africa, Bimpe drives digital innovation across 23 African markets, coaching leadership teams and building platforms that support 1.5 million young entrepreneurs. She holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and has completed executive programmes in AI at INSEAD and Digital Insurance at The Digital Insurance Academy.
With a strong track record in operationalising AI, including piloting AI-enabled claims processing at Leadway Assurance and advising InsurTech and HealthTech startups at board level, Bimpe brings a rare combination of strategic depth and practical execution to the conversation on AI adoption.
