Dr Anne-Marie King

Dr Anne-Marie King is a psychiatry doctor turned Performance Psychologist. She trained in medicine and psychiatry at UCL, with specialist training in cognitive neuroscience, psychoanalytic psychology, and performance psychology.

She has spent a decade working with elite performers, founders, investors, and high-achieving leaders across the UK, US, Europe, Dubai, Lagos, and Hong Kong. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical psychology and high-performance execution: she finds the invisible internal patterns that cause brilliant people to plateau, underperform, or make decisions that don't match their capability, and removes them.

She is the founder of The Realignment, a structured psychological methodology for high performers whose results have stopped matching their potential. Her current focus includes next-generation leadership development for high-net-worth families, where she works on identity formation, decision-making, and performance under the specific pressures of inherited wealth and family expectation.

Anne-Marie is of Nigerian heritage. She grew up watching her parents, immigrant entrepreneurs in the UK, build remarkable businesses while navigating the invisible costs of success. That experience shaped her life's work: helping high performers have both the results and the life, without one costing the other.
