Henrietta Lightwood

Henrietta Lightwood is the Global Director for Dukes Education, the largest education company in Europe, which owns seven top UK boarding schools, including Cardiff Sixth Form College, Earlscliffe, St Andrews College, Cambridge and Rochester Independent College.  She has been working in education for over 20 years, holding Director of Marketing and Admissions roles in six schools.  Henrietta was a member of the operating board for the British Council and has also been a strategy board member for Metropolis Group.  She has been working in Nigeria and other African countries, where she helps young African students and their families find the right school that will help them progress to top universities worldwide.
