Junaid Belo-Osagie

Junaid Belo-Osagie is a Partner at Metis Capital Partners, a Nigeria-based family office. Junaid serves as director of Metis Energy (upstream oil and gas), Duval Properties (real estate), Africa Critical Elements (mining) and Nimbel Shaw (agriculture) while acting as advisor to FSDH Group (financial services).

Previously, Junaid served as Chief of Staff at Flutterwave, one of Africa’s leading fintech companies. He drove the company’s $250 million Series D raise at a $3 billion valuation. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he delivered engagements across FMCG, banking, energy, and the social sector in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and Kenya.

He serves on the board of the Myma Art Prize — a residency for early career visual artists — and Edo Innovates — a Nigerian state government technology and skills development agency. Junaid holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA with honors in Political Science from Stanford University.
