Tairat Tijani

Tairat Tijani is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience spanning capital markets, corporate governance, and strategic advisory. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Sterling Bank and was formerly a Board Member at the Central Securities & Clearing System (CSCS). Recently, she was appointed as the Head of the Adegunwa Family Office, tasked with designing and implementing a comprehensive structure to ensure the long-term financial sustainability and legacy of the family across generations. She is also a Director at SAAF Foundation, contributing to the organization's mission towards supporting education and healthcare.

A Fellow of the ACCA and a member of ICSAN, Tairat was an Associate Director and the Head of Capital Markets at FBN Capital (now FBNQuest Merchant Bank), where she led award-winning transactions across key sectors. She holds an MBA (Distinction) in International Business from the University of Birmingham and has completed several executive training programs at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, and Columbia.
