Vikash Gupta

Vikash Gupta is a serial entrepreneur with a strong background in banking and financial services. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of VAR Capital, a UK-based wealth management firm. In 2019, he co-founded Monument, a challenger bank that went on to be recognised as the UK’s fastest-growing fintech. He is also the co-founder and Chairman of Liberate Wealth. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Vikash spent nine years at Barclays, where he held senior roles across banking and financial services. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
