Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Capital Market Operator, he operates at the intersection of law, finance, and long-term wealth preservation.

Over the course of his career, Yemi has advised on and overseen a broad spectrum of transactions, including state and corporate bond issuances, securitisation programmes, loan syndications, debenture structures, mortgage-backed arrangements, and bespoke private trusts. His work is defined by a clear ability to translate legal frameworks into commercially viable structures—ensuring that capital flows efficiently while risks are intelligently managed.

As Managing Director of Coronation Trustees Limited, Yemi leads the firm’s strategic vision and execution, with responsibility for growth, governance, and client outcomes. Under his leadership, the business continues to deepen its role as a trusted fiduciary partner across corporate, institutional, and private wealth segments—balancing regulatory discipline with innovation in structuring solutions.

Before Coronation, he served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at AVA Trustees Limited, where he strengthened operational performance and scaled the firm’s market presence. His earlier experience at ARM HoldCo and ARM Trustees Limited saw him contribute to landmark capital market transactions in excess of ₦2.5 trillion, reinforcing his reputation as a practitioner capable of delivering at scale.
